Ingredients
packs beef ramen noodles save 1 flavor packet
egg
mayonnaise
sriracha
sesame oil
ground beef
Directions
- Line 4 four-inch ramekins with plastic wrap leaving overhang. Cook noodles according to package. Drain and rinse with cold water. Toss to try to get as much water off as possible.
- Beat egg in a medium bowl. Add noodles and toss to coat. Divide evenly into the ramekins and press down to compact. Refrigerate 1 hour (or freeze for 15-20 minutes).
- Whisk together the mayo, sriracha and sesame oil.
- Mix the flavor packet and the ground beef. Make two patties. Cook however you cook burgers.
- To cook the ramen buns, heat about ¼ cup cooking oil in a large skillet on medium-high heat. Pull the patties out to the ramekins with the plastic. Cook in pan about 4 minutes for each side.
Notes
- Serve with sriracha mayo and any other cheese or toppings you’d like.
