Ingredients
brown sugar
all-purpose flour
whole wheat flour
oats
baking powder
baking soda
salt
cinnamon
mashed bananas (or 3)
milk
egg
veggie oil
mini chocolate chips optional but very yummy
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425°.
- Grease pan(s) for 12 muffins.
- In large bowl stir first 8 ingredients.
- In small bowl whisk remaining.
- Add wet to dry, stir to just combined.
- Divide among 12 muffin cups. Cups will be full.
- Bake 18 minutes or until toothpick come out clean.
Notes
- Variation: Add 1/2 cup mini-chocolate chips to batter.
