Ingredients

  • chicken wings

  • garlic – minced

  • olive oil

  • stick butter – melted

  • drops Tabasco or other hot sauce

  • grated Parmesan cheese

  • black pepper

  • crushed crackers or bread crumbs

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 450.
  • Blend garlic, melted butter, olive oil, and Tabasco sauce in a small bowl. Combine cheese, crumbs, and pepper in a small bowl.
  • Dip wings in garlic mixture and then in crumb mixture until thoroughly coated.
  • Place on a shallow baking pan sprayed or brushed with oil. Arrange wings in a single layer. Drizzle remaining garlic mixture over wings.
  • Bake 35-45 minutes until brown and crisp.
